Resource plans
Alibaba Cloud Phone Number Verification Service provides resource plans. You must purchase a resource plan to use the converged communication authentication feature. You can purchase resource plans for different countries or regions. View specific pricing on the Converged communication authentication plan page.
Once a resource plan is exhausted purchase a new one. You can also contact sales to enable pay-as-you-go billing.
After you purchase a resource plan, you cannot apply for a refund.
A resource plan is unavailable if your account has overdue payments (account balance must be greater than zero). Remaining resources in an expired or used plan cannot be refunded.
A resource plan is valid for 12 months and expires thereafter.
Bills
Log on to the Phone Number Verification Service console. In the left navigation pane, choose Bill Query. View Bills and Bill Details.
