Resource plans
Alibaba Cloud Phone Number Verification Service provides resource plans. You can use the converged communication authentication feature only after you purchase a resource plan. You can purchase resource plans that are applicable to different countries or regions. You can view the prices on the Converged Communication Authentication Plan page.
When you reach the limit of your resource plan, you must purchase a new resource plan to continue using the resources of the resource plan. You can also contact the sales personnel to purchase the pay-as-you-go resources based on your business requirements.
After you purchase a resource plan, you cannot apply for a refund.
If your Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments, your resource plan cannot be used. For the remaining resources in the resource plan, you cannot apply for a refund.
A resource plan is valid for 12 months and becomes invalid upon expiration.
Bills
Log on to the Phone Number Verification Service console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Bill Query. On the Bill Query page, you can view bills and their details on the Bills and Bill Details tabs.
