This topic describes how an administrator can create users and user spaces.
Create users
After you log on to the drive, go to the Management Console > Team Management page. You can then click New User or Import Users.
The New User option lets you create a single user. When you create a user, you can assign a personal space or set an account expiration date as needed.
To create multiple users, download the template, edit it, and then import the user list by clicking Import Users.
Manage users
On the Management Console > Team Management page, you can select a user to perform operations such as switching roles, disabling, editing, or deleting the user.

How do I import users in batches?
To import users in a batch, click Import Users on the Team Management page. Download the template, save it to your computer, and fill it out.
When filling out the template, note the following:
Each record must contain at least one valid logon account (phone number or email).
If you do not need to set the personal space or expiration date fields, enter a forward slash (/) in those fields. Do not leave them empty.
Do not delete or modify the comment lines or table header field names in the template. Keep the original column names, order, and format.
Enter user information only in the data rows to ensure the file structure remains intact.
Phone numbers must include the area code, such as +86 138****1234.
Save the file in .csv or .xlsx format with UTF-8 encoding to avoid encoding errors.
After you finish editing the file, return to the management page and upload the file to complete the batch import.
