This topic describes how an administrator can create users and user spaces.
Create users
After an administrator logs on to the drive, navigate to Management Console > Team Management and click Create User or Import Users.
Click Create User to add one user at a time. You can assign a personal space or set an account validity period as needed.
To create users in a batch, download the template file. After you edit the file, click Import Users to upload the user list.
Manage users
In Management Console > Team Management, you can select a user to switch their role, disable, edit, or delete their account.

How do I import users in batches?
To import users in batches, navigate to the Team Management interface and click Import Users. Download the template file, save it to your computer, and fill it out.
When you fill out the file, note the following:
Each record must contain at least one valid logon account (phone number or email address).
If you do not need to set the personal space or validity period fields, fill them with a / character. Do not leave these fields empty.
Do not delete or modify the comment lines or table header field names in the template. Keep the original column names, order, and format.
Enter user information only in the data rows to ensure the file structure remains intact.
Phone numbers must include the area code, such as +86138****1234.
Save the file in .csv or .xlsx format with UTF-8 encoding to avoid errors.
After you fill out the file, return to the management interface and upload it to complete the batch import.
