This topic describes how to export logs from the Alibaba Cloud Drive Enterprise Edition client.
Procedure
If you encounter issues that you cannot resolve on your own, you can export logs and contact us. Send the log files to our technical support for assistance.
Windows system
Right-click the desktop client icon in the system tray to open the menu, then select Export Log. A Select Export Folder dialog box will appear. Simply specify the target folder to successfully export the log archive.
Macos system
In the menu, find Export Log. A Select Export Folder dialog box will appear. Simply specify the target folder to successfully export the log archive.
