Cloud Drive for Enterprises (CDE), powered by Drive and Photo Services (PDS) Enterprise Edition, helps you use and manage the following features.
Obtain an enterprise code
An enterprise code, also called a domain ID, can be viewed in the PDS console or the CDE admin console. For more information, see Obtain an enterprise code.
Export logs
You can export CDE logs from the Windows or macOS client and send them to technical support through DingTalk for troubleshooting. For more information, see Export logs.
Restart the client
You can restart the CDE client on Windows or macOS when needed. For more information, see Restart the client.
AI Copilot command center
The AI Copilot command center offers features such as document assistant, office essentials, marketing operations, and administration and personnel management to help with tasks like document summarization, work scheduling, and business plan drafting.
