This topic describes how to view records such as resource plan renewal or upgrade.
Procedure
Log on to the Billing Management console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Orders.
On the Orders for Services tab, select Renew or Upgrade from the Type drop-down list.
The resource plan renewal or upgrade records are displayed on the page, including the specific time and order ID of the renewal or the upgrade.
