If you do not renew the resource plan after the plan expires, make sure that the balance of your Alibaba Cloud account supports the pay-as-you-go billing method. Otherwise, you may not be able to use Object Storage Service (OSS) due to overdue payments.
Before the resource plan expires, the quota of your resource plan is used to offset fees based on your actual usage.
If you do not renew the resource plan after the plan expires, the following scenarios may occur:
No sufficient balance in the Alibaba Cloud account to support the pay-as-you-go billing method
OSS may be unavailable due to overdue payments. For more information about the change in the OSS status after an overdue payment is generated, see Overdue payments.
Sufficient balance in the Alibaba Cloud account to support the pay-as-you-go billing method
OSS is available. You are charged based on the actual usage.
