File Storage NAS:Resource usage and bills

Last Updated:Aug 05, 2025

You can query your File Storage NAS bills to view billing details and make informed business decisions about cost allocation. This topic describes how to query bills and usage details.

View file system bills

  1. Go to the Billing Details page in the Expenses and Costs console.

  2. On the Detailed Bills tab, set the Billing Cycle, set Product to File Storage NAS, and select the product name that corresponds to your file system type.

You can also filter the bill content by Statistic Item and Statistical Period.

    Note

For easier bill analysis, click Export Bill CSV in the upper-right corner of the list to download the current bill.

Example: A user in the China (Beijing) region has a General-purpose Capacity NAS file system. In January 2021, the file system's data usage remains constant at 1,000 GiB per hour. A 500 GiB storage plan is attached to the file system. The user also has two 100 GiB General-purpose NAS resource plans. The monthly bill is calculated as follows:

    • Usage: (1,000 GiB - 500 GiB - 100 GiB - 100 GiB) × 31 days × 24 hours = 223,200 GiB-hours

    • Resource plan deduction: (100 GiB + 100 GiB) × 1,024 = 204,800 MiB

    • List price: 223,200 GiB-hours × USD 0.00008065/GiB/hour = USD 18

    Total monthly fee: USD 18 + USD 22.85 + USD 4.57 + USD 4.57 = USD 49.99

USD 22.85 is the fee for a one-month, 500 GiB Capacity storage plan. USD 4.57 is the fee for each one-month, 100 GiB General-purpose NAS resource plan.
