If you need a NAS resource plan with higher specifications, upgrade your current resource plan. Resource plans cannot be downgraded.
Rules
Starting October 24, 2024, resource plan upgrades take effect in the next billing cycle. For hourly resource plans, the upgrade takes effect in the next hour. For daily resource plans, the upgrade takes effect at 00:00 on the next day. The additional charges for the upgrade also begin in the next billing cycle. Plan your upgrades accordingly. If an upgrade order is pending, you cannot renew, upgrade, or unsubscribe from the resource plan. Wait for the upgrade to take effect before taking these actions.
Procedure

Log on to the NAS console.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Resource Plans.

At the top of the page, select a region.

On the Resource Plans page, find the resource plan you want to upgrade and click Upgrade in the Actions column.

On the NAS Resource Plan|Configuration Change page, select a new base capacity.

Review the resource plan information, select I have read and agreed to the NAS Resource Plan Terms of Service, and then click Buy Now.

Confirm the payment information and click Buy.
