This topic describes how to upgrade an File Storage NAS (NAS) resource plan. You cannot downgrade a NAS resource plan.
Rules
Effective October 24, 2024, resource plan upgrades take effect in the next billing cycle. For hourly plans, the upgrade takes effect in the next hour. For daily plans, the upgrade takes effect at 00:00 on the next day. Additional charges for the upgrade also apply from the next billing cycle. Please plan your upgrades accordingly. If an upgrade order is pending, you cannot renew, upgrade, or unsubscribe from the resource plan. Wait for the upgrade to take effect before you perform these actions.
Procedure
Log on to the NAS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Resource Plans.
In the top navigation bar, select a region.
On the Resource Plans page, find the resource plan and click Upgrade in the Actions column.
On the NAS Resource Plan|Configuration Change page, select the new base capacity that you want to upgrade to.
Check the resource plan information, read and select I have read and agreed to NAS Resource Plan Terms of Service, and then click Buy Now.
Confirm the order and click Buy.
