This topic describes how to renew Apsara File Storage NAS resource plans.

Background information

NAS resource plans support auto-renewal. After you enable auto-renewal for a NAS resource plan, you do not need to regularly renew the resource plan. Auto-renewal helps ensure service continuity. You can also disable auto-renewal if needed.

Enable auto-renewal for NAS resource plans

On the Renewal page, you can enable auto-renewal for one or more NAS resource plans or change the renewal cycle.

  1. Log on to the Billing Management console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Renewal.
  3. On the Renewal page, click the Manual or Nonrenewal tab.
  4. Use one of the following methods to enable auto-renewal:
    • To enable auto-renewal for a single NAS resource plan, find the NAS resource plan and click Enable Auto Renewal in the Actions column.
    • To enable auto-renewal for one or more NAS resource plans at a time, select the NAS resource plans and click Enable Auto Renewal in the lower part of the page.
  5. In the Enable Auto Renewal dialog box, select an auto-renewal cycle, and click Auto Renew.

    On the Auto tab, you can view the NAS resource plans for which auto-renewal is enabled.

Manually renew a resource plan

  1. Log on to the NAS console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Resource Plans.
  3. In the top navigation bar, select a region.
  4. Find the resource plan that you want to renew and click Renew.
  5. On the Renew page, adjust the slider to select a duration.
  6. Check the resource plan configurations, read and select Resource Plan Agreement of Service, and then click Pay.
  7. Confirm the order and click Buy.

Change the auto-renewal cycle

  1. On the Auto tab, find the NAS resource plan and click Edit Auto Renewal in the Actions column.
  2. In the Edit Auto Renewal dialog box, select an auto-renewal cycle, and then click OK.

Disable auto-renewal

  1. On the Auto tab, find the NAS resource plan and click Nonrenewal in the Actions column.
  2. In the Set as Nonrenewal dialog box, click OK.

    On the Nonrenewal tab, you can view the resource plans for which auto-renewal is disabled.
