Managed Security Service (MSS) delivers expert-led security technologies and consulting to protect your cloud assets. This topic walks you through activating MSS, purchasing an edition, and viewing service reports.
Step 1: Activate Managed Security Service
To use Managed Security Service for the first time, authorize the MSSP service-linked role and activate the service.
Skip this step if you have already activated Managed Security Service.

Log on to the Managed Security Service console.

In the Service Authorization dialog box, click Authorize And Activate.
After authorization, Managed Security Service creates a service-linked role named AliyunServiceRoleForMssp, which grants access to your Elastic Compute Service (ECS), Security Center, Object Storage Service (OSS), and ApsaraDB RDS resources for security operations.

On the Managed Security Service page, click Purchase Now.

On the buy page, select the service items and configure the specifications.

Step 2: View the service report
You can query and download security service reports from the Managed Security Service console. Follow these steps to download a report.

Log in to the MSSP console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

On the Security Service page, find the service report and click Download in the Actions column.
