Managed Security Service offers multiple service types with different billing methods and pricing tiers.
Billing details
Each service type has its own billing method. Check the product purchase page for current pricing.
Minimum three-month subscription required for Managed Cloud Security Product, Managed Web Application Firewall, Managed Anti-DDoS, Managed Cloud Firewall, and Managed Security Center.
Minimum six-month subscription required for Managed Anti-Bot.

Renewal
Renew your Managed Security Service subscription before it expires to avoid service interruption.
Log in to the Managed Security Service console. The Overview page appears.
In the upper-right corner of the Overview page, click Renew Now.
On the renewal page, select a subscription period, read the Terms of Service, and then select the checkbox.
Enable Auto-renewal to prevent service interruptions.
Click Buy Now and complete the payment.
You can also renew in the Alibaba Cloud Expenses and Costs console. Go to the Renewal Management page.
Refund policy
Managed Security Service does not support cancellations or refunds.
