Notification contacts and notification contact groups are used to send notifications in SchedulerX 2.0. Configure contacts and groups to control who receives these alerts and through which channels.
A notification contact represents an individual recipient. A notification contact group is a collection of contacts that receive the same notifications. Contacts and groups have a many-to-many relationship:
A notification contact can belong to multiple notification contact groups.
A notification contact group contains one or more notification contacts.
Supported webhook platforms
SchedulerX supports the following webhook platforms for alert delivery:

If you use a DingTalk chatbot, add the keyword "SchedulerX" (case-sensitive). Without this keyword, the chatbot cannot receive alert messages.
Create a notification contact
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
Access to the MSE SchedulerX console
Webhook URLs from DingTalk, WeCom, or Lark
Procedure
Log on to the MSE SchedulerX console.
Log on to the MSE SchedulerX console.
In the top menu bar, select a region.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Notification Manage.
On the contacts tab, click new contact.
On the New contact page, configure the following settings.
Setting Description Name The name of the contact. The name must be unique. Contact Group Select one or more contact groups to add this contact to. webhook Enter one or more webhook URLs, separated by commas (,). DingTalk, WeCom, and Lark webhooks are supported. Review the configurations and click Complete.
Create a notification contact group
Log on to the MSE SchedulerX console.
Log on to the MSE SchedulerX console.
In the top menu bar, select a region.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Notification Manage.
Click the contact group tab, and then click Create contact group.
On the Create contact group page, enter the basic information for the notification contact group.
Review the configurations and click Complete.
Edit a contact or contact group
On the Notification Manage page, find the contact or contact group that you want to modify, and click Edit in the Actions column.
Delete a contact or contact group
On the Notification Manage page, find the contact or contact group that you want to remove, and click Delete in the Actions column.
To delete multiple contacts at once, select the check boxes for the contacts and click Batch Delete in the lower-left corner.
Deleting a notification contact automatically removes the contact from all associated notification contact groups.
Deleting a notification contact group does not delete the contacts in the group.
