Microservices Engine:Application governance

Last Updated:Jan 15, 2025

After you integrate applications with Microservices Governance of Microservices Engine (MSE), you can view the following information about the applications in the MSE console: queries per second (QPS) data, interface rankings, interface details, node details, and traffic governance settings.

Application overview

On the Application overview page in the MSE console, you can view application information such as QPS data and top interface lists. For more information, see Application overview.

Interface details

The API Details page in the MSE console displays details of all interfaces of an application, such as QPS data, abnormal requests, response times, and concurrency metrics. If you use Microservices Governance Enterprise Edition, you can also manage traffic protection rules for interfaces on this page. For more information, see Interface details.

Node details

You can view the details of all nodes of an application on the Node details page in the MSE console. The node details include the basic information, node-level QPS metrics, operating system metrics, and traffic monitoring metrics of node interfaces. For more information, see Node details.

Traffic governance

MSE Microservices Governance provides traffic governance capabilities such as peak-load shifting and traffic control. Specifically, you can configure traffic protection rules, implement graceful start and shutdown, set up system protection rules, and use message canary release. For more information, see Traffic governance.
