MPS restricts the frequency of API calls from a single account. This restriction is known as the QPS limit per account. Calls that exceed the QPS limit per account are throttled. QPS limit per account
The QPS limit per account is the maximum number of times an Alibaba Cloud account (including its RAM users) can call a specific API operation per second or per minute. For example, the QPS limit per account for the ActivateMediaWorkflow operation is 100 requests/second. If an Alibaba Cloud account has five RAM users, the combined requests from the primary account and all five RAM users cannot exceed 100 per second.

The default unit for QPS limits is requests per second. If a different unit, such as requests per minute, is used, the tables explicitly state it.
