MPS throttles API calls that exceed the QPS limit per account. Check the QPS limits per account for each MPS API operation below.
QPS limit per account
The QPS limit per account is the maximum number of times an Alibaba Cloud account and its RAM users can call an API operation per second or per minute. For example, if the QPS limit per account for ActivateMediaWorkflow is 100 requests/second, total requests from the account and all its RAM users combined cannot exceed 100 per second.
