What is the QPS limit per user for an API operation

The QPS limit per user for an API operation refers to the maximum number of times that an Alibaba Cloud account and its RAM users can call the API operation per second or per minute. For example, the QPS limit per user for the ActivateMediaWorkflow operation is 100 times per second. If you have an Alibaba Cloud account and five RAM users that belong to the account, the total number of calls from these six accounts cannot exceed 100 times per second.
