ApsaraDB for MongoDB provides the instance overview feature. This feature displays instances that belong to a specified resource group in the Instance Distribution section to help you gain a better understanding of instances and reduce instance management costs.
Procedure
Log on to the ApsaraDB for MongoDB console.
In the upper-left corner of the page, select the resource group to which the instance belongs.
On the Overview page, you can view information in the following sections:
Instance Distribution
In the Instance Distribution section, you can view the following information:
The number of instances that can be accessed by using this account.
The number of instances that are recently created.
The number of running instances.
The number of instances that are to be expired.
The number of expired instances.

You can use one of the following methods to go to the instance details page and view the instance details or perform operations:
In the upper-right corner of the Instance Distribution section, enter the instance name or instance ID in the search box to find the instance and click the ID of the instance.
In the Instance Distribution section, find the region row of the instance and click a number in the row to go to the instance list. Then, click the instance ID in the list.
