The Overview page in the ApsaraDB for MongoDB console shows a summary of all instances in a selected resource group — how many are running, expiring soon, or already expired. Use this page to monitor instance status at a glance and navigate to individual instance details.
View the overview
Log on to the ApsaraDB for MongoDB console.
In the upper-left corner, select the resource group to which the instance belongs.
On the Overview page, review the following sections.
Instance Distribution
The Instance Distribution section shows instance counts for the selected resource group:

| Total instances | All instances accessible by this account |
| Recently created | Instances created recently |
| Running | Instances in the running state |
| Expiring soon | Instances that are about to expire |
| Expired | Instances that have already expired |

To open an instance's details page, use one of the following methods:
Search by name or ID: In the upper-right corner of the Instance Distribution section, enter the instance name or instance ID in the search box, then click the instance ID.
Browse by region: In the Instance Distribution section, find the row for the target region and click a number in the row to open the instance list, then click the instance ID.
