After an ApsaraDB for MongoDB subscription instance expires, the instance is released and its data is permanently deleted. To prevent data loss, you can enable auto-renewal for the instance, or manually renew the instance within 30 days after the instance expires. This topic describes how to manually renew an ApsaraDB for MongoDB subscription instance.
Prerequisites
Background information
After the subscription expires, your instance continues to be available for 15 days. After that, the instance is locked.
