Quota usage: Each query consumes quota based on the actual number of model invocations. A simple task consumes approximately 5 to 10 invocations, while a complex task consumes 10 to 30 or more. Actual usage depends on task complexity, context length, and tool usage. Check your usage on the Coding Plan page.
Before you subscribe
Coding Plan is non-refundable. Before subscribing, review the following key points:
No API calls: Use Coding Plan only in coding tools, such as Claude Code or OpenClaw. Do not use it for automated scripts, custom application backends, or any non-interactive batch calls via API. Using your Coding Plan API key outside the allowed scope constitutes misuse or abuse. Your subscription may be paused, or your API key may be revoked.
Account policy: Coding Plan is for the subscriber's personal use only. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension of your subscription features.
FAQ
I've purchased the Coding Plan. Why am I still being charged or seeing an overdue payment?
This typically happens if you are using the general Model Studio API Key and Base URL instead of the Coding Plan specific ones. To resolve this, switch to your Coding Plan exclusive API key (starting with sk-sp-) and Base URL (containing coding.dashscope.aliyuncs.com).
