Analyze device disconnections by time range and reconnection duration to identify root causes.
Prerequisites
A device is connected to IoT Platform. For more information, see Create a product.
A device diagnostics feature is enabled. For more information, see Enable and disable device diagnostics.
Procedure

Log on to the IoT Platform console.

In the upper-left corner of the console, select the region where your target Enterprise Edition instance is located. Then, on the Overview page, find the instance and click its name.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose Maintenance > Device Diagnostics, and then click Offline Analysis.

On the Offline Analysis tab, click Create Analysis Report. In the dialog box, configure the parameters and click OK.

Query time range

Date: Select a date within the last 7 days.
NoteAnalysis is limited to a single day. To analyze multiple days, create a separate report for each.

Start and end time: Specify the time range to find devices that went offline during this period.
NoteSpecifying a precise time range that matches the disconnection window improves report accuracy.
Timeout period for device reconnection (minute)
Set a timeout period. The report includes only devices that failed to reconnect within this period.

After the report is created, view its details in the list.

Distribution of device disconnection counts
Shows the number of disconnection events, grouped by cause.

Geographical distribution of offline devices
Shows the number of disconnection events grouped by province in China.

Devices that failed to reconnect
Lists devices that failed to reconnect within the specified timeout period. The list includes the device name, public IP address, carrier, and province. You can also export this data.
