IoT Platform:Diagnostic Analysis

IoT Platform diagnoses device exceptions, including Unexpected Device Disconnection, Upstream Messaging Exceptions, Abnormal Downstream Messaging, and Rule-based Message Forwarding Exceptions, and provides troubleshooting suggestions.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Log on to the IoT Platform console.

  2. In the upper-left corner, select the region of your Enterprise Edition instance. On the Instance Overview page, click the target Enterprise Edition instance.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Maintenance > Device Diagnostics, and then click Diagnostic Analysis.

  4. On the Diagnostic Analysis tab, click Create Diagnostic Report, configure the parameters, and click OK.

    Select the product to diagnose.

    Time range

    Select a preset period (Last 15 Minutes, Last 1 Hour, or Last 7 Days) or specify a custom range within the last seven days.

  5. After the report is created, view its details in the list.
