IoT Platform diagnoses device exceptions, including Unexpected Device Disconnection, Upstream Messaging Exceptions, Abnormal Downstream Messaging, and Rule-based Message Forwarding Exceptions, and provides troubleshooting suggestions.
Prerequisites
A device is connected to IoT Platform. For more information, see Create a product.
A device diagnostics feature is enabled. For more information, see Enable and disable device diagnostics.
Procedure

Log on to the IoT Platform console.

In the upper-left corner, select the region of your Enterprise Edition instance. On the Instance Overview page, click the target Enterprise Edition instance.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose Maintenance > Device Diagnostics, and then click Diagnostic Analysis.

On the Diagnostic Analysis tab, click Create Diagnostic Report, configure the parameters, and click OK.
