Intelligent Media Services:Intelligent media asset analysis

Intelligent Media Services (IMS) provides the intelligent media asset analysis feature to facilitate retrieval of media assets. This topic describes how to enable the intelligent media asset analysis feature.

Enable intelligent media asset analysis

Use the IMS console

  1. Log on to the IMS console.

  2. In the upper-left corner, select a region based on your business requirements.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Media Asset Management > Intelligent Retrieval to go to the Intelligent Retrieval page.

  4. Click Intelligent Retrieval Configuration in the upper-right corner to configure intelligent media asset analysis based on your business requirements.

Call an API operation

You can call the CreateSearchIndex operation to enable and configure intelligent media asset analysis.

View the results of intelligent media asset analysis

If the intelligent media asset analysis feature is enabled, you can click Manage in the Actions column on the Media Asset Management page. On the Basic Information tab, you can view Content Search and Save Status.

Description

Saved

The media asset is analyzed and saved. You can click View Analysis Results. If No data recognized is displayed for an item, the video cannot be retrieved based on this item. For example, if No data recognized is displayed for AI Classification, the video cannot be retrieved based on AI Classification.

Not Saved

The media asset is being analyzed and saved. Intelligent media asset analysis requires a long period of time. You can view the results after the analysis is complete.

Retrieve intelligent media assets

Use the IMS console

If the uploaded media asset is analyzed and stored in the library, select search conditions in the search box on the Media Asset Management page. Intelligent media assets can be retrieved by AI Classification, Video OCR, and Figure.

Call an API operation

Call the SearchMedia operation and specify filter conditions in the Match parameter to search for media assets.
