Intelligent splitting
Billing rules:
You are charged based on the total duration of the input and output videos, measured in minutes. Fractions of minutes are rounded up to the next minute. Failed tasks are not charged.
Billing cycle: The billing cycle is 1 hour. Alibaba Cloud calculates your service usage and generates the bill of the previous hour in the current hour. The actual time when bills are generated is determined by the system.

Billing example
Assume that between 8:00 and 9:00 on the current day, you use the custom split feature in the Singapore region. You input a 90-second video with a resolution of 1080P, and successfully output two 23-second videos after splitting. The cost calculation is as follows: According to the billing rules, the total duration of input and output videos is (90 + 2 × 23)/60 minutes, which rounds up to 3 minutes. The cost is USD 0.0252/minute × 3 minutes = USD 0.0756. Therefore, the custom split cost incurred between 8:00 and 9:00 on the current day is USD 0.0756.
