This topic describes the billing of video editing.
If the pricing in this topic differs from that on the official website, the latter prevails.
Billing
Billing rule: You are charged for video editing based on the duration and resolution of output videos. If the duration of an output video is less than 1 minute, it is rounded up to 1 minute. If video production fails, no fees are charged.
Billing cycle: The billing cycle is 1 hour. Alibaba Cloud calculates your service usage and generates the bill of the previous hour in the current hour. The actual time when bills are generated is determined by the system.

Billing example
You used video editing through SDK for web or APIs to process three video files in a region in the Chinese Mainland from 08:00:00 to 09:00:00 on the current day. The specifications of three output videos are:
29 minutes and 40 seconds (1080P)
2 minutes and 12 seconds (1080P)
44 minutes and 30 seconds (720P)
The total video editing fees are 30 × USD 0.0084 + 3 × USD 0.0084 + 45 × USD 0.0042 = USD 0.4662.
