Hologres:View monitoring metrics

The Monitoring and Alerts module in the Hologres management console gives you visibility into instance health and performance. Use it to:

  • Spot abnormal resource consumption before it affects queries

  • Identify whether a performance drop is caused by high CPU, memory pressure, or connection saturation

  • Track data import throughput over time

Available metrics cover CPU utilization, memory usage, storage usage, SQL connections, queries per second (QPS), SQL statement latency, and records per second (RPS) for data import.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have:

View metrics in the console

  1. Log on to the Hologres management console.

  2. In the top menu bar, select the destination region.

  3. In the left navigation pane, click Instances.

  4. On the Instances page, click the name of the target instance to go to the instance details page. Alternatively, find the target instance and click Manage in the Actions column to go to the instance details page.

  5. In the left navigation pane of the instance details page, click Monitoring Information to view the monitoring metrics.
