Renew your ApsaraDB for HBase subscription instance before it expires to avoid service interruptions and data loss.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
An ApsaraDB for HBase subscription instance
Renewal methods
Two renewal methods are available. Choose based on your scenario:

| Billing Management console | Managing multiple instances, batch renewals, or switching renewal modes |
Renew in the ApsaraDB for HBase console
Log on to the ApsaraDB for HBase console.
In the upper-left corner, select the region where your instance is located.
On the Clusters page, find the target instance and click its instance ID.
On the Basic Information page, click Renew in the upper-right corner.
On the HBase Subscription | Renew page:
Set Duration and verify the updated Expiration Date.
Read and accept the HBase Subscription Terms of Service, then click Buy Now.
On the Purchase page, complete the payment.
Renew on the Renewal page in the Billing Management console
Log on to the ApsaraDB for HBase console.
In the top navigation bar, choose Expenses > Renewal Management.
On the Renewal page, set Instances to HBase Subscription and click the Manual tab.
Renew instances based on your scenario:
Renew a single instance
On the Manual tab, find the target instance and click Renew in the Actions column.
NoteIf the instance appears on the Auto or Nonrenewal tab instead, click Enable Manual Renewal in the Actions column. In the Enable Manual Renewal dialog box, click OK to switch the renewal mode to manual.
On the HBase Subscription | Renew page, set a renewal duration.
Read and accept the HBase Subscription Terms of Service, then click Buy Now.
On the Purchase page, complete the payment.
Renew multiple instances in a batch
On the Manual tab, select the instances you want to renew.
In the lower-left corner, click Batch Renew.
On the Batch Renew page, set a renewal duration for each instance.
NoteTo apply the same duration to all instances, click Batch Setting, specify a duration, then click OK.
Click Pay.
On the Purchase page, complete the payment.
