Realtime Compute for Apache Flink will end technical support for the PolarDB for PostgreSQL (Compatible with Oracle) 1.0 connector on September 30, 2026.
Background
As part of the product roadmap for PolarDB for PostgreSQL, the PolarDB for PostgreSQL (Compatible with Oracle) 1.0 connector will no longer be maintained or updated. This includes source tables, sink tables, and dimension tables.
Migration plan
To ensure uninterrupted service, complete your migration before September 30, 2026.
1. Database version upgrade:

Upgrade your PolarDB for PostgreSQL instance to version 2.0.

Understand the changes: Review the Differences between 2.0 and 1.0 versions in the PolarDB for PostgreSQL (Compatible with Oracle) documentation.

Request upgrade assistance: Submit a ticket to the PolarDB technical team for migration guidance.
2. Flink connector integration (Post-upgrade):
