Major updates
Multiple projects can be created. The resources of the projects are isolated. Different permissions on different projects can be configured. For more information, see Manage namespaces.
The Hive Metastore service is supported. Realtime Compute for Apache Flink can read metadata from Hive metastores to manage the metadata in a unified manner. For more information, see Manage Hive catalogs.
ImportantOnly Hive Metastore 2.3.6 is supported.
Hive Metastore does not support Kerberos authentication.
Quick configuration of monitoring and alerting is supported. You can quickly configure alert policies in the development console of Realtime Compute for Apache Flink without the need to redirect to the Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) console. For more information, see Configure alert rules.
Kafka supports Kerberos authentication.
