Calls the ConnectRouterInterface operation to initiate a connection from the requester VPC router interface to the accepter.
Operation description
After you invoke this operation, the router interface enters the Connecting state and transitions to the Active state after the connection is established.
When you invoke this operation to create a VPC, note the following items:
Only a requester VPC router interface in the Idle state can initiate a connection to the accepter VPC.
A maximum of one pair of interconnected router interfaces can exist between any two routers.
If your account has a router interface with an overdue payment, you cannot initiate a connection.
