After you receive alert notifications in a DingTalk group, you can view and manage the related alerts in the DingTalk group. This topic describes how to view and manage alerts in a DingTalk group.

Go to the Details tab from an alert card

After you receive an alert notification in a DingTalk group, you can view the card for the related alert and go to the Details tab for the alert by performing the following steps:

  1. Click View details in the alert card in the DingTalk group.
  2. If you view alert information in the DingTalk group for the first time, the Binding mobile phone number dialog box appears. In the dialog box, enter a mobile number and click Send the Verify code.
    Note If the mobile number that you enter is the same as that of a contact, the contact is associated with the current DingTalk account. After you associate a contact with the current DingTalk account, DingTalk automatically mentions the DingTalk account when an alert notification is sent to a DingTalk group in which the DingTalk account resides.   3. Enter the verification code you have received on your phone and click OK.

View the details of an alert

You can view the details of the alert on the Details, Event, and Activity tabs.

  • On the Details tab, you can view the name, severity, and status of the alert, the content and recipient of the alert notification, the user who handles the alert, and the object that triggered the alert.

    On the Details tab, you can perform the following operations:

    If the alert is not claimed, click Settings in the upper-right corner. You can specify a DingTalk account in the DingTalk group to set the contact that is associated with the account as the user to handle the alert. You can also change the severity of the alert.

  • On the Event tab, you can view the alert events for which the alert was triggered and the status of each event.

    On the Event tab, you can perform the following operations:

    Click the event that you want to view. Then, you can view the basic information, monitoring data, and extended fields of the event.

  • On the Activity tab, you can view the notification records and handling records of the alert.

    On the Activity tab, you can perform the following operations:

    Click Filter to filter records based on the Log content or Log object parameter. To find a specific record, enter the keyword and press the ENTER key.

In addition, you can perform the following operations on the Details tab:
  • If the alert is not claimed, click Claim it. Then, you can handle the alert.
  • If the alert is not claimed or is being handled, click Solve it now. The alert is set as a resolved alert.
  • Click Statistics in the lower-left corner of the tab to go to the Statistics page. For more information, see the View the statistics on alerts section in this topic.
  • Click Home in the lower-left corner of the tab to go to the homepage. For more information, see the View all alerts on the homepage section in this topic.

View the statistics on alerts

You can view the statistics on the alerts for which notifications are sent to the current DingTalk group on the Statistics page. The statistics displayed are the number of alerts on the current day, the trend in the number of alerts reported in the last seven days, the trend in the average period of time consumed to handle alerts in the last seven days, and the statistics on the users who handle alerts.

On the Statistics page, you can perform the following operations:
  • Select a specific point in time in the Alert trend chart for the past 7 days or Trend chart of average Alert resolution time in the past 7 days sections. Then, you can view the number of alerts or the period of time consumed to handle alerts at the selected point in time.
  • Click Return to Home to go to the homepage. For more information, see the View all alerts on the homepage section in this topic.

View all alerts on the homepage

You can view all the alerts for which notifications are sent to the current DingTalk group on the homepage.

On the homepage, you can perform the following operations:
  • Enter the full name of an alert or a keyword in the search box to search for one or more alerts.
  • Click the All tab to view all alerts. Click the Unsolved or My alerts tab to view the alerts that are not claimed or the alerts that are claimed by the current account.
  • Click an alert to go to the Details tab, where you can view the alert details.
  • Click Statistics to go to the Statistics page, where you can view the statistics on alerts. For more information, see the View the statistics on alerts section in this topic.
