You can purchase value-added services based as needed. Once a service is enabled, you are charged based on usage. This document details the billable items and pricing for these services.
Billable items
Smart Routing
Smart Routing optimizes and accelerates your end-to-end edge services.
Price: Smart routing is a usage-based service charged according to the number of accelerated requests. The billing rate is USD 0.015 per 10,000 requests, with bills generated daily.
Edge Function
Edge Security Acceleration (ESA) provides the Free and Paid plans for edge function. Choose the edition that best suits your needs.
Free plan
The Free plan is ideal if you need to initiate no more than 100,000 requests per day and you do not require a high concurrency. By default, the Free plan is activated.
Billing rule: If the number of requests that you initiate does not exceed the limit, you are not charged fees.
Maximum number of requests: 100,000 per day.
Price: free of charge.
Billing method: You are not charged fees.
Settlement cycle: daily.
If the number of free requests is exhausted within a day, an HTTP status code 5XX is returned when you initiate a request to an edge function.
Paid plan
If you require a larger number of requests and a higher concurrency, you can upgrade your Free plan to Paid plan. The number of requests is unlimited.
Billing rule: You are charged based on the number of requests.
Price: USD 0.72 per million requests
Billing method: pay-as-you-go.
Settlement cycle: daily.
If you want to downgrade Paid plan to Free plan, the system checks the configurations in your Alibaba Cloud account. If configuration items that are exclusive to Paid plan exist in your Alibaba Cloud account, the downgrade fails.
Edge KV
After you activate the edge function, you can activate Edge KV.
