If your plan expires, your ESA service is affected. Renew your plan promptly to prevent service interruptions.
Resources are released 15 days after a plan expires. After the resources are released, the sites that you configured in ESA can no longer use the associated services and cannot be recovered.
Renewal methods
You can renew an ESA plan on the Plans or site Overview page.
Plan Management
Log on to the ESA console. In the navigation pane on the left, choose .
On the Plans page, find the plan that you want to renew and click Renew.

On the renewal page, select a Duration, select the Auto-renewal checkbox, and carefully read the Terms Of Service. After you confirm the information, click Buy Now.
ImportantEnable auto-renewal on the renewal page to prevent service interruptions. If you enable this feature, the system automatically renews your plan before it expires.
Site Management
In the ESA console, click Websites. In the Website column, click the target site.
On the Overview page, in the Basic Information section, click Renew.

On the renewal page, select a Duration, select the Auto-renewal checkbox, and carefully read the Terms Of Service. After you confirm the information, click Buy Now.

If you enable auto-renewal, the renewal duration is the same as the subscription duration that you selected for the plan or for your last renewal. For example, if you purchase or renew a 3-month Basic Edition plan and enable auto-renewal, the system automatically renews the plan for 3 months.
After you enable auto-renewal, you can log on to the Renewal Management page at any time to modify the auto-renewal settings or disable the feature.
