Renew your ESA plan before expiration to avoid service interruptions.
Resources are released 15 days after plan expiration. Once released, sites configured in ESA permanently lose access to the associated services.
Renewal methods
Renew an ESA plan from the Plans page or a site's Overview page.
Renew from the Plans page

Log on to the ESA console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

On the Plans page, find the target plan and click Renew.

Select a Duration, select Auto-renewal, agree to the Terms of Service, and click Buy Now.
ImportantEnable auto-renewal to prevent service interruptions. The system automatically renews your plan before it expires.
Renew from a site's Overview page

In the ESA console, click Websites. In the Website column, click the target site.

On the Overview page, in the Basic Information section, click Renew.

Select a Duration, select Auto-renewal, agree to the Terms of Service, and click Buy Now.

Auto-renewal

The auto-renewal cycle matches the duration selected at purchase or last manual renewal. For example, a 3-month Basic plan auto-renews for another 3 months each cycle.

To change or disable auto-renewal, go to the Renewal Management page.
