    Enterprise Distributed Application Service:Error code: HSF-0018

    This error indicates that the Redis server used for service governance is unavailable. Normal service calls are not affected.

    Error message

    The following error appears in the hsf.log file when a High-speed Service Framework (HSF) call exception occurs:

    [RuntimeInfo] Runtime information published failed.

    Cause

    The Redis server that HSF relies on for service governance is down.

    Impact

    AreaImpact
    Service callsNot affected. Existing services continue to function normally.
    Service governanceServices do not appear in the service governance console while Redis is unavailable. You cannot discover affected services through the governance interface.
