Cloud Phone:Create and manage policies

Last Updated:Dec 09, 2025

Cloud phone policies are collections of rules that control and influence the experience, behavior, capabilities, security, and other aspects of cloud phones. Administrators only need to create custom cloud phone policies and associate them with cloud phone instance groups to manage the cloud phone instances in these groups.

Create a policy

  1. Log on to the Cloud Phone console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Network & Security > Policy.

  3. On the Policy page, click Create Policy.

  4. In the Create Policy panel, set the parameters and click OK.
