A Cloud Phone policy controls the user experience, behavior, features, and security of your cloud phone instances. You can create custom policies and attach them to instance groups to manage all instances within those groups.
Create a policy
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Policy page, click Create Policy.
In the Create Policy panel, set the following parameters and click Create.

Webcam Redirection
Specifies whether to redirect your local device's webcam to the cloud phone instance.

Preview
Specifies whether to allow screen previews of the cloud phone instance.
ImportantEnabling this option generates screen previews as screenshots and stores them in Object Storage Service (OSS). This action incurs OSS storage fees. For more information, see Billing overview.

Specifies whether to allow file uploads and downloads on the cloud phone instance. You can enable the following options:

Network Redirection
Network Redirection
When enabled, network redirection allows the cloud phone instance to share your client's network environment. This provides access to local resources such as a network-attached storage (NAS) or casting devices.
After you enable this option, you can select Manually Configure Transparent Proxy or Configure proxy rules.

Change instance group policy
If the policy attached to an instance group no longer meets your requirements, you can replace it.
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Instance Group page, find the target instance group, click the ⋮ icon in the Actions column, and select Change Policy.
In the Change Policy panel, select a new policy from the Policy drop-down list and click OK.
What to do next
To modify a policy, click Modify Policy in the Actions column, update its settings, and click Modify.
NoteWhen you modify a policy attached to instances, the time it takes for changes to take effect varies by setting. For more information, see Create a policy.
To quickly create a new policy based on an existing one, click Clone in the Actions column, and then click OK. You can then modify the cloned policy.
To delete a policy, ensure that it is not attached to any instance group. Then, in the Actions column, click Delete and click OK.
