WUYING Terminal:Transfer files

The file transfer feature of Cloud Phone allows you to conveniently transfer files between a cloud phone and your on-premises device.

Prerequisites

  • The Android client for Cloud Phone is used. Only this client supports file transfer. Other types of terminals do not support file transfer.

  • Allow File Upload and Allow File Download are selected for the File Transfer parameter in the policy associated with the cloud phone.

Upload files to a cloud phone

  1. Log on to the Android client and connect to your cloud phone.

  2. Click DesktopAssistant and select File Transfer.

  3. In the Transfer File panel, click Upload File.

  4. (Optional) The first time you upload files, click Authorize Now and configure permissions to allow Cloud Phone to access the files on the on-premises phone.

  5. In the file list on the on-premises phone, click the file that you want to upload to the cloud phone.

The file will be uploaded to the Received folder of the cloud phone. You can view the progress on the Upload Progress tab of the Transfer File panel.

Download files to your on-premises device

  1. Log on to the Android client and connect to your cloud phone.

  2. Move the files that you want to download to your on-premises device to the Send folder of the cloud phone.

  3. Click DesktopAssistant and select File Transfer.

  4. In the Transfer File panel, click Download File.

    All files in the Send folder will be downloaded to your on-premises device. You can view the progress on the Download Progress tab of the Transfer File panel.
