The file transfer feature lets you easily transfer files between a Cloud Phone and an on-premises device.
Prerequisites
Only the Android client supports file transfer.
In the Cloud Phone policy, ensure that Allow File Upload and Allow File Download are enabled.
Upload files
Log on to the Android client and connect to your Cloud Phone.
Tap the DesktopAssistant and select File Transfer.
In the Transfer File panel, tap Upload File.
NoteThe first time you upload a file, you must grant Cloud Phone permission to access files on your on-premises device.
From the file list on your on-premises device, tap the file to upload.
The file is uploaded to the Received folder on the Cloud Phone. You can view the progress on the Upload Progress tab in the Transfer File panel.
Download files
Log on to the Android client and connect to your Cloud Phone.
Move the files you want to download to the
Sendfolder on the Cloud Phone.Tap the DesktopAssistant and select File Transfer.
In the Transfer File panel, tap Download File.
This action downloads all files in the
Sendfolder to your on-premises device. You can view the progress on the Download Progress tab in the Transfer File panel.
