Organization registrants can use a certificate that contains a valid code, such as a business license or a certificate of organization issued by an agency outside the Chinese mainland, to complete account verification. This topic describes how to use a business license or a certificate of organization issued by an agency outside the Chinese mainland to complete account verification.
Registrants that are based in different regions must use different certificates to complete account verification. If an ICP filing is required, the name of the registrant, certificate type, and certificate number must be the same as the information used for applying for the ICP filing. The following table describes the required certificates for registrants in different regions.

Business license
Organization registrants that use a business license to complete account verification must enter and submit all the required information. The following figure shows an example.
Since October 1, 2015, the business license, the organization code certificate, and the tax registration certificate have been combined into one. The three-in-one certificate is named the business license and the certificate number is an 18-digit unified social credit code. If you use the three-in-one certificate for verification, select business license as the certificate type when configuring your verification request.
If you select Business License as the certificate type, you must upload a business license that is issued by State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) in the Chinese mainland. If you want to use a business license that is issued outside the Chinese mainland, select Others as the certificate type.
