You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are authentic, complete, and accurate. Alibaba Cloud reserves the right to reject reports that contain false or malicious information.
Report intellectual property infringement
If you believe a domain name or website infringes on your IP rights, go to the Alibaba Cloud Reporting Center, click I want to report in the Infringement Reporting section, and submit your report. Include a detailed explanation of the infringement and verifiable proof of your rights (such as a trademark or copyright registration certificate). Reports with insufficient evidence may be rejected.
Report abusive content
To report a domain name or website with abusive content, use one of the following methods:

Method 1: Email an abuse report to domainabuse@service.aliyun.com.

Method 2: Use the Alibaba Cloud Reporting Center.
Go to the Alibaba Cloud Reporting Center and click I want to report in the Illegal Information Reporting section. Complete the form and upload valid supporting evidence. Reports with insufficient evidence may be rejected.
What to expect after you file a report

Communication: After your report is accepted, Alibaba Cloud forwards it to the reported party, typically within five business days. Any response from the reported party is forwarded to you.

Status tracking: Track your case status at any time in the Alibaba Cloud Reporting Center.

Case resolution: If the reported product or service is suspended after investigation, the case is closed.
