Data Transmission Service:View task progress

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have:

• An active data migration or data synchronization task in DTS

• Access to the Data Management (DMS) console. Alternatively, you can use the new DTS console at dts.alibabacloud.com

Open the task management page

1. Log on to the Data Management (DMS) console.

   Alternatively, go directly to the Data Synchronization Tasks page of the new DTS console and skip to step 3. Operations may vary based on the mode and layout of the DMS console. For more information, see Simple mode and Customize the layout and style of the DMS console.

2. In the top navigation bar, click Data + AI. In the left-side navigation pane, choose DTS (DTS) > Data Synchronization.

3. On the Data Synchronization Tasks page, click the ID of the instance you want to monitor.

4. In the left-side navigation pane, click Task Management. On the page that appears, clear Hide Completed Modules.

Check schema synchronization progress

1. In the Progress section, click the Schema Migration 1 module.

2. Click the Task Details tab.

3. Click an object-type tab to view schema synchronization details. For example, click Table to view the schema synchronization status of all tables. From the Task Details tab, you can also perform the following actions:

   

   Action	How to
   Search for a specific object	Enter the object name in the search box
   View the creation syntax of an object	Find the object and click View Statements in the Actions column
   View foreign keys for an object	Find the object and click View Foreign Keys in the Actions column
   Modify the creation syntax of an object	Find the object and click Schema Revision in the Actions column

Check full data synchronization progress

1. In the Progress section, click the Full Data Migration module.

2. Click the Full Data Migration Progress tab.

3. View the synchronization status of each object. To find a specific object, enter its name in the search box.
