The price of a data transfer plan varies by its subscription duration and size.
A data transfer plan is automatically used to offset data transfer fees that are generated by certain instances until the data transfer plan is used up or expires. Resources that are eligible for data transfer plans are Elastic Compute Service (ECS), elastic IP addresses (EIPs), Classic Load Balancer (CLB), and Internet Shared Bandwidth instances that are billed on a pay-by-data-transfer basis. Data transfer plans do not apply to EIPs of BGP (Multi-ISP) Pro. For more information, see Supported services and data transfer types.
The subscription of a data transfer plan cannot be canceled.
