The intelligent O&M feature aggregates platform usage data and generates reports to help you monitor and manage your DMS environment. Use it to:
-
Understand usage patterns: Track how many tickets are raised, what types of queries run, and how many users are active across your organization.
-
Audit activity: Identify which users generate the most tickets or run the most queries during a given period.
-
Monitor data coverage: Check the number of instances, databases, tables, and sensitive data fields registered in DMS on any given day.
Reports are generated on a T+1 basis—data from a given day appears in the dashboard the following day.
