Reasons for Direct Mail service suspension and unblocking methods
The Direct Mail service may be suspended for sending phishing, fraudulent, or virus emails, or for receiving third-party complaints about large amounts of spam. For more information, see Account suspension rules.
If your outbound emails are restricted, you have one opportunity to unblock the service. You can log on to the Direct Mail console overview page to request an unblock. If your account is frozen, you cannot unblock it yourself.
Ensure that the emails you send comply with Alibaba Cloud regulations. Avoid sending spam without recipient permission.
