Reasons for Direct Mail service suspension and methods to lift the suspension
Hello, Direct Mail service suspension may occur because of sending phishing, fraudulent, or virus emails, or receiving complaints from third parties due to sending large amounts of spam. For specific rules, see Account suspension rules.
For outbound email restrictions, you have one opportunity to lift the suspension. You can log on to the Direct Mail console overview page to request the suspension to be lifted. If your account is frozen, you cannot lift the suspension by yourself.
Please ensure that the emails you send comply with Alibaba Cloud regulations and avoid sending spam without the recipient's permission.
