The page includes the following fields:

  • Alarm object: the nodes in the monitoring scope that triggered the alert.

  • Alarm reason: the trigger condition that caused the alert to fire. To understand the rule-based alerting mechanism behind the alert, refer to the documentation for the corresponding alert type.

  • Receive object: the alert contact specified in the alert rule. When a contact's mobile phone number or email address is invalid, the system falls back in the following order:

    1. Sends the notification to the Alibaba Cloud account.

    2. If the Alibaba Cloud account has no mobile phone number or email address configured, sends the notification to the contacts set up for overdue payment, service suspension, and imminent release messages.

To configure valid contact information, log on to the DataWorks console. For more information, see Configure and view alert contacts.

To stop receiving notifications for a specific alert, send the URL of the Alarm details page to the alert rule creator. The creator can remove you from the alert contacts on the Rule Management page or the Smart Baseline page.
