Data Asset Governance lets you add governance issues that require no action to a whitelist. All whitelists are managed on a centralized page. A whitelisted governance issue is not flagged by checks during its validity period.
Prerequisites

You have added a governance issue to a whitelist. For more information, see Handle governance issues.
View and manage whitelists
Go to the Data Asset Governance page.
Log on to the DataWorks console. In the top navigation bar, select the desired region. In the left-side navigation pane, choose . On the page that appears, click Go to Data Asset Governance.

In the navigation pane on the left, click to go to the Allowlist management page.

View and manage whitelists.
On this page, you can view whitelists for a specific workspace or all workspaces, view whitelist details, or disable a whitelist.

Filter and search
Filter whitelists by Belongs work space, Environment, and Applicant.
You can also search by Resource Name and Workspace Name.
Note-
Alibaba Cloud accounts and RAM users with the
AliyunDataWorksfullAccesspermission can view whitelists across all workspaces. -
The Workspace filter displays only the workspaces that you have joined.

Searching by Resource Name and Workspace Name supports fuzzy matching.

This area displays basic whitelist information, including Whitelist ID, Resource Name, Workspace, Resource Type, Optimization Item, and Status.
You can also manage whitelists:

View whitelist details: In the Actions column, click View Details.

Disable a whitelist: In the Actions column, click Close. The associated governance issue will then be detected in subsequent checks.
NoteA whitelist is no longer effective after it expires. To continue whitelisting the issue, go to the Governance Issue page and add it to the whitelist again. For more information, see Handle governance issues.
