Visualization cards

A visualization card is a saved chart built from SQL query results. Cards form the building blocks of reports and live in your card library for reuse.

Create a visualization card

  1. On the DataAnalysis page, click Go to DataAnalysis. In the left navigation pane, click the image icon.

  2. In the query results area, click the image icon to see the auto-generated visualization. Refine the chart using these options:

    • Customize title and description: Hover over the title or description area and double-click to edit.

    • Configure data: In the Data Column list on the left, select or drag columns to the configuration fields. Set sort, aggregation, and grouping granularity as needed. In the Screening area, add filter conditions per field. In the Annotations area, add reference lines such as average or median values.

    • Change chart type and style: Click image.png to open the style panel. On the Change Chart tab, select a chart type: column chart, bar chart, pie chart, line chart, or radar chart. On the Global Settings tab, set the card theme and text. On the Chart Style tab, configure colors and axis styles.

    • Switch between chart and data views: Click image.png and select View Chart/Data to toggle between the chart view and the raw data view.

  3. Click Save in the upper-right corner to apply your changes and return to the query results area.

  4. In the query results area, click Save to save the visualization as a card. Alternatively, click Copilot in the upper-left corner to generate a chart with AI assistance and save it as a card.

Manage visualization cards

  1. In the left navigation pane, click the image icon to open the Cards page. All saved cards are listed here.

  2. On any card, click image.png to Edit, View Chart/Data, configure Data Update Settings, Copy, or Delete the card.

  3. Click Share on a card to generate a shareable link for DingTalk or WeChat. Password protection is disabled by default — enable it if you want to restrict access.

    Important

If you get a permission error when sharing, ask your tenant administrator to enable Allow sharing and Allow downloads for Cards under Security Center > Data query and analysis control > Query result control. For details, see Data query and analysis control.

Reports

A report combines multiple visualization cards from your card library into a single view. Switch themes, reorder cards, edit titles, and share the finished report as a link.

Create a report

  1. In the left navigation pane, click the image icon to open the Reports page.

  2. Click Create Report in the upper-right corner. In the dialog box, select the cards to include and click OK.

  3. On the report creation page, arrange and style the report:

    • Reorder cards: In the Card Order panel on the left, drag cards to set their sequence in the report.

    • Set layout and theme: In the Report Settings panel on the right, configure the report layout and theme.
