If your subscription resources are about to expire, you can renew the subscription resources. If you do not renew your subscription resources in a timely manner, the resources become unavailable or the system releases the resources after they expire. This topic describes the expiration and renewal of subscription resources in DataWorks.
Limits
This topic applies only to subscription resources.
Only users to which both the AliyunDataWorksFullAccess and AliyunBSSOrderAccess policies are attached can perform renewal operations.
Expiration
After subscription resources expire, the resources become unavailable or the resources are released. The following table describes the details.
To ensure that nodes can be scheduled and run as expected, you must renew your resource group before it expires.

Renewal

Renew an exclusive resource group
Go to the Resource Groups page.
Log on to the DataWorks console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Resource Groups. In the top navigation bar, select a region.
On the Exclusive Resource Groups tab, find the exclusive resource group that you want to renew, move the pointer over the
icon in the Actions column, and then click Renew. On the Renew page, configure the Duration parameter. Then, read the terms of service and select Terms of Service.
Click Buy Now.
After the renewal is successful, you can continue to use your exclusive resource group. In addition, you can enable or disable auto-renewal for your subscription resources. For more information about how to disable auto-renewal, see General reference: Disable auto-renewal for subscription resources.
