    Action required: If you use DataService Studio APIs with a shared resource group in the China (Hangzhou) region, add two new IP addresses to your data source whitelists before October 10, 2025. Failure to update may cause API call failures.

    What is changing

    To maintain service stability, DataWorks will add two IP addresses to the shared resource group whitelist for the China (Hangzhou) region starting October 10, 2025.

    New IP addresses:

    26.15.76.4
26.15.76.3

    All existing IP addresses in the China (Hangzhou) whitelist remain unchanged. Whitelists for all other regions are also unchanged.

    Who is affected

    This change affects you if all of the following apply:

    • You use DataService Studio to publish APIs online.

    • Your APIs run on a shared resource group.

    • Your data sources are in the China (Hangzhou) region.

    • Your data sources use IP-based whitelists to control access.

    What you need to do

    1. Add the two new IPs (26.15.76.4 and 26.15.76.3) to the whitelist of each destination data source connected through DataService Studio in the China (Hangzhou) region.

    2. Verify connectivity after updating your whitelists to confirm that your DataService Studio APIs still work.

    Recommendation: switch to serverless resource groups

    For better resource isolation, network connectivity, disaster recovery, and service availability, consider switching from the shared resource group to a serverless resource group. Serverless resource groups provide a more stable, efficient, and secure environment for DataService Studio APIs.
