Renewal policy
Your service may be suspended after your instance expires. The system sends renewal reminders to help you renew on time. To avoid interruptions, set up manual renewal or auto-renewal.
Upgrade and downgrade policy
You can upgrade or downgrade your configuration at any time.

If you no longer need DataV-Board, you can unsubscribe.

Common questions about DataV-Board billing.
How do I increase the project limit in DataV?
Enterprise Edition and above support screen quota extensions. In the DataV console, click User Center from the account drop-down list in the upper-right corner and purchase the Screen quota extension package.
How can I extend my subscription after it expires?
Renew before expiration. An expired subscription cannot be extended. After expiration, you cannot log on to the console to renew, but you can repurchase the product. Your instance is released immediately and published visualization applications become inaccessible. Your saved visualization projects and other production content are retained for 15 days, during which you can repurchase DataV to resume your work.
Can I use both Enterprise Edition and Professional Edition on the same account?
No. You cannot use an annual Enterprise Edition subscription and a one-month Professional Edition subscription on the same account at the same time. DataV does not support this scenario. To use both editions, use two separate accounts.
