You can temporarily unlist assets that are not ready for consumption. To list an asset folder, you must first prepare the temporarily unlisted assets for listing. After this change, you can list the asset folder and set maintenance permissions.
Prerequisites
Table / Metric/Dashboard assets: You have purchased the Asset Operation value-added service and enabled the Asset Operation module for the current tenant.
API assets: You have purchased the Asset Operation value-added service and the DataService Studio feature.
To manage dashboard assets, you must first create an application system and a Quick BI metadata acquisition task. For more information, see Create and manage application systems and Create and manage metadata acquisition tasks.
Permissions
Super administrators, operation administrators, and custom global roles with Listing Management - Manage permission can create and manage temporarily unlisted assets.
Operators of business systems and maintenance personnel with asset maintenance permissions can manage assets within their assigned business systems.
Procedure
On the Dataphin home page, in the top menu bar, choose Asset > Folder Management.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Manual Listing > the relevant asset type. Then, click Private to open the Private tab.
The list of temporarily unlisted assets displays information about each asset. This includes its name, associated technical metrics, source, parent folder, completeness, delisting time and reason, and operator.
Asset Source: The source of the asset object. For Dataphin assets, the source is a logical table. For API assets, the source is a DataService Studio project. For Quick BI dashboards, the source is a Quick BI workspace.
Completeness: Indicates whether the required properties for the asset are complete and valid.
(Optional) You can filter assets by metric type, asset source, parent folder, completeness, delisting time, or delisting reason. You can also search for assets using specific criteria.
In the Actions column for the target asset, you can perform several operations. The available operations are the same for all asset types. You can select up to 10,000 assets for a single batch operation.
