You can designate assets that are not currently needed for listing as temporarily unshelved. To list and consume these assets, you must first convert them to quasi-assets within the asset folder. Additionally, you can configure maintenance permissions and perform other related operations.
Prerequisites
Table / Metric asset / Dashboard asset: Purchased asset operation value-added service, and the current tenant has enabled the asset operation module.
API assets: The value-added service of asset operation and the data service feature have been purchased.

Permission description
Super administrators, operation administrators, and custom global roles with Listing Management-Manage permissions can view and manage temporarily unshelved assets.
Operation personnel of business systems and maintenance personnel with asset maintenance permissions can manage the assets under their responsible business systems.
Procedure
In the top menu bar of the Dataphin home page, select Asset > Folder Management.
In the left-side navigation pane, select Manual Listing > Table/Indicator/API/Dashboard, then click Private to enter the Private tab.
The list of temporarily unshelved assets displays, including the asset's name, source, belonging folder, completeness of information, unshelving time, reason for unshelving, and operator details.
Asset Source: Shows the source of the asset object. This includes logical tables for Dataphin data sections, data service projects for API assets, and Quick BI workspaces for Quick BI dashboards.
Completeness: Indicates whether the asset's required properties are fully and validly filled in.
(Optional) You can perform precise filtering based on the indicator type (only for indicator assets), asset source, belonging folder, completeness of information, unshelving time, and reason for unshelving. You can also search for assets using specific conditions.
Table: Supports fuzzy search by table name and display name.
Indicator: Supports fuzzy search by display name and English name.
API: Supports fuzzy search by API_ID and API name.
Dashboard: Supports fuzzy search by dashboard name.
In the target asset operation column, you can perform the following operations. The operations for indicator assets, API assets, dashboard assets, and table assets are consistent.

Click the
icon in the operation column to view the asset's information. You can select Hide read-only properties in the upper right corner to focus on editable information.
Change To Quasi-asset
Click Change to quasi-asset to modify the asset to quasi-asset status.
A maximum of 10,000 assets can be selected for a single batch operation.
Set Maintenance Permissions
Single operation: Click Set maintenance permissions to configure the asset's maintenance personnel, who are responsible for the asset's daily maintenance, including modifying information and listing or delisting.
Batch operation: A maximum of 10,000 assets can be selected. Click Set maintenance permissions at the bottom to batch append or modify maintenance personnel.
Modify: Replace the selected asset's maintenance personnel with the maintenance personnel specified this time.
Append: Retain the already configured maintenance personnel of the selected asset and append the maintenance personnel specified this time.
View Change Records
Displays the change records of a single asset in the last 30 days, including property changes, status changes, etc., for tracing.
If the asset is deleted, only viewing is supported.
