A statistical period defines the time span for statistical data, such as the past 7 or 30 days. This topic explains how to create a new statistical period.
Prerequisites
The intelligent R&D version or asset operation feature must be enabled to utilize the statistical period function.
Ensure the compute engine type is configured. For more information, see Compute settings. After the compute engine type is set, the system automatically initializes a set of statistical periods, including commonly used periods built into the system.
Permission requirements
Only super administrators and system administrators have the authority to create statistical periods.
Procedure
Navigate to the Dataphin home page, and from the top menu bar, select Planning > Common Business Logic.
