Dataphin:Key Permission Management

Last Updated:Jan 21, 2025

This topic outlines the process for viewing key details and managing key permissions, including granting and revoking access, to ensure effective key permission control.

Permission Description

  • The super administrator possesses full operational permissions for keys, such as viewing, granting, revoking, and editing.

  • Regular users can manage keys for which they are the owner, with permissions to view, grant, and revoke access.

  • The owner-only management feature restricts key management permissions. When enabled, the super administrator can manage keys without approval, while the key owner can edit, grant, and change ownership for regular keys. If disabled, both the security administrator and key owner can perform viewing, granting, revoking, and editing operations on regular keys.

  1. On the Dataphin home page, click Management Center in the top menu bar.
