Billing methods
Billing methods vary with the lease term of Data Transport devices. You can lease Data Transport devices for a single time or a long term.
You can lease a Data Transport Micro device only in regions within the Chinese mainland.
You can lease a Data Transport II device only in regions within the Chinese mainland.
You can lease a Data Transport III device only in regions within the Chinese mainland, China (Hong Kong), and Indonesia (Jakarta).
You cannot use vouchers to pay for the lease fees of Data Transport devices.
Before you place an order, evaluate the volume of data to be migrated and the lease days.
You cannot change the billing method after you place an order.
If you return a device in advance, you cannot request a refund.
Lease for a single time
If you lease a Data Transport device for a single time to migrate data to the cloud, you are charged based on the migrated data volume or the lease days.
Lease for a long term
You can only lease a Data Transport Micro device for a long term. The minimum lease term is three months. Data Transport Micro devices of different specifications have different minimum monthly data volume requirements for billing. The following content describes the billing rules:
If the volume of data migrated to the cloud is less than the minimum required monthly data volume, you are charged based on the minimum required monthly data volume.
If the volume of data migrated to the cloud is greater than the minimum required monthly data volume, you are charged based on the actual data volume.
