The intelligent O&M feature of Data Management aggregates data and generates reports to display usage details in DMS. The reports are generated one day later than the data generation date, which is usually referred to as T+1. This topic describes how to use intelligent O&M.

Prerequisites

You are a DMS administrator, database administrator (DBA), or security administrator. For more information about how to view your roles, see View system roles.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the DMS console V5.0.
  2. In the top navigation bar, choose O&M > Intelligent Operation.
  3. On the Intelligent Operation page, view the following information:
    • Ticket Quantity: You can view the number of tickets of different types within a 30-day period and User tickets quantity ranking during a specific period of time. You can also view the types and status of tickets submitted on a specific day.
    • Query volume: You can view the number of queries performed within a 30-day period and Single database/logical database query ranking during a specific period of time. You can also view the types of query statements executed on a specific day.
    • Users: You can view the number of users within a 30-day period.
    • Metadata: You can view the details of instances, databases, tables, and sensitive data fields on a specific day.
